Loon and Drunen Dunes

The Loon and Drunen Dunes national park is more than 3500 hectares in size and is located between the cities of Tilburg, Waalwijk and 's-Hertogenbosch. Since 2002 the Loon and Drunen Dunes have formed a national park together with De Band and other small areas.

Active in the dunes
You can roam anywhere you like among the dunes, or cycle through the extensive woods and past heathland, or ride horses over the sand dunes. You can take a wheelchair or baby buggy along paved footpaths to reach beautiful viewing points. Try spotting the many birds, insects and deer during your walk!

Plantloon Estate
This nature reserve has many interesting things to explore besides sand dunes. The Landgoed Plantloon is an estate built in an English landscape style with old avenues, deciduous trees, farms and pastures surrounded by hedgerows.
